This pristine, finely furnished, upscale penthouse overlooks the
Intracoastal Waterway. From every room in the penthouse, one can
watch the ships going up and down the canal day and night. The
master bedroom offers a luxury king size bed with a new flat screen
TV in the newly furnished bedroom. The bath is off this bedroom,
making it its own suite. The second bedroom suite offers a double
bed, a TV, its own bath and a delightful view of the water. The
living room/dining area has its own TV, stereo, video player and DVD
player, and extends out to the lanai, and all looks out
onto the Intracoastal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all
cooking appliances one could need. Copious linens are also provided,
as well as beach gear.

Harbor Towers is an upscale building with seven floors, all
immaculately kept. The grounds are in pristine condition. Directly
across the street is Crescent Beach, Siesta Key's world reknown
quartz beach ("sand" that does not get hot under your feet). Siesta
Key village is a ten minute walk away, with small shops,
restaurants,drug stores, markets, etc. A five minute drive from the
condo are the larger supermarkets, clothing stores, movie theatres,
etc.
Inside the condo building is a full gym with workout machines, weights, tredmills, etc. for the use of owners and tenants.

On the grounds of Harbor Towers are swimming pools, tennis pools,
saunas, hot tubs, boating facilities, picnic areas, fishing areas,
ping pong tables, a game room and much more, all included. Five
minutes away one can rent boats, hot air balloons, fishing
equipment, etc. Public tennis courts are also located a ten minute
drive from the condo.

The seasonal rates (for January, February, March and April) are $1,000
per week, whereas the off-peak rates drop to $700 per week. These
rates are extremely reasonable for the quality of accommodations you
are receiving. No area hotel or motel could come near to offering
you the space, cooking facilities, sports facilities and
accommodations offered here at this rate.
