White Stone Lake Manor is only two miles from Historic Downtown
Hendersonville's Main Street boutique shops & restaurants, and is
just a quick 15 to 20 miles to Asheville, Lake Lure and Brevard. You
are just a short distance to endless activities...explore the amazing
Biltmore House, sightsee along the awesome Blue Ridge Parkway, enjoy
the area's wonderful golfing, hiking, white water rafting, skiing,
horseback riding, local Patton Park (1 mile away) with Olympic size
swimming pool, local festivals, galleries, antique stores and
fantastic restaurants.

6 Bedrooms:
Of the six well-appointed bedrooms, two are spacious master suites
with ultra luxury king beds, sitting areas, private elegant
bathrooms, and one even has its own deck overlooking the pond. The 
4 additional bedrooms (two with queen beds; one with twin bed
& trundle; one with 6 twins) are delightfully decorated and of ample size for
relaxing. For expanded sleeping, we also have 3 queen sleeper sofas and 2 twin air
beds that inflate/deflate in just seconds.

2 Full Kitchens:
There are full kitchens on each level including new appliances, Jenn-
Air ranges, complete quality cookware, fine silverware, hand painted
dishes, sharp chef knives, coffee maker, coffee grinder, waffle iron,
4 slot toaster, pots, pans, bowls, full size mixer, and so much
more! There is special children's dishware as well. There is
everything to please any chef for preparing delicious meals at
home.

Gathering Areas:
You'll appreciate the tasteful decor and thoughtful care this home
reflects. There's enough space for a large group to gather without
feeling crowded. There are cozy areas for conversations as well
as groupings of couches for larger gatherings. Enjoy a large living
room & spacious media/family room, two dining rooms,
outdoor living room/deck areas and seating around the pond. The
generous size decks overlook the wildlife pond and is a place to
spend hours just watching all the delightful antics and interplay of
the fish, duck families, turtles, blue herons, king fishers,
muskrats, and more. What a perfect setting to unwind and enjoy
life!

This home is very child friendly! There is a large playroom including a playhouse, 100+ stuffed animals, children's books, toys and games. There is an extensive outdoor playground with swings, slides, ladder, climbing wall, fort and more! For babies we have 2 cribs & bedding, play pen and Pack N Play, infant bath tub, high chair, 2 strollers & high chairs & soft blankies.

numerous courses throughout the area. There is skiing, white water
rafting, you name it! Check out the new Fun Depot for a wealth of
indoor fun, Sightseeing along the Blue Ridge Parkway is outstanding
with many hiking trails & waterfalls along the way, These ancient
Appalachian Mountains is home to mountain music & dancing, Several
times a week you can test your dancing shoes at Contra Dancing with
live upbeat Celtic music.

We sell discounted Biltmore Estate tickets good for 2 Consecutive Days for the price of a one day gate pass! Children ages 9 & under are Free at the Biltmore.

IN SEASON Nightly Rate: $395 for 1 - 10 guests.  Each additional guest is $20 per night.

OFF SEASON Nightly Rate: $350 for 1 - 10 guests.  Each additional guest is $20 per night.

OFF SEASON Weekly Rate: $1995 for 1 - 10 guests.  Add $100 wk/each extra guest

IN SEASON Weekly Rate: $2350 for 1 - 10 guests.  Add $100 wk/each extra guest.

OFF SEASON = Jan, Feb, March, November, December, (No discounts for holiday weeks)
IN SEASON = April through October (No discounts for holiday weeks)

HOLIDAYS =  Holidays have a minimum week stay and 12 guest minimum rate.  
In-Season Nightly Rates used to calculate to holiday rate. 

Minimum Stay is 3 - 7 nights depending on time of year.  Exceptions considered for last minute bookings.

Taxes = 11.75% 
Usage Fee: $300 - $350 depending on number of guests & length of stay.
  (Usage Fee includes cleaning, hot tub, utilities, etc.)

Dogs must be preapproved at time of reservation. There is a pet rent charged.  Owners must agree to our Pet Policies as listed on our website.
