(including two spacious master suites), four bathroom home on two 
beautiful acres conveniently located just two miles from our 
historic downtown Hendersonville artist community.  Enjoy the 
expansive decks overlooking the back yard’s private stream-fed pond 
that locals call “White Stone Lake.”

Everything you need for your pampered comfort is here—an awesome 
massage chair, large hot tub for 6 with 2 loungers & 33 jets & 4 
motors, gas log fireplaces, quality furnishings and décor, jetted Kohler bath tubs, 400 
count cotton sheets, soft towels, many comfortable sitting areas, 
two fully equipped kitchens, ultra luxury mattresses, 8 TV's 
including a 57” big screen HDTV, large video library, kids playroom 
complete with playhouse!, family playroom with foosball table & Play 
Station 2 game player, video games, two 80 gallon water heaters for 
plenty of hot water, outdoor playground with swings/slides/rope 
ladder/fort and much more! It’s your own private resort!  
This gracious home is perfect for small or large gatherings.  

We completed an extensive renovation of this wonderful home 
including four all new elegant tiled bathrooms, two new gourmet 
kitchens with Jenn-Air downdraft stoves, new floor coverings, and 
more! Of the five well-appointed bedrooms, two are spacious master 
suites with ultra luxury king beds, sitting areas, private elegant 
bathrooms, and one even has its own deck overlooking the pond.  The 
three additional bedrooms are delightfully decorated and of ample 
size for relaxing.  For expanded sleeping in any of the three large 
family rooms, we also have 2 queen sleeper sofas, 1 queen and 4 
twin air beds that inflate/deflate in just seconds.

There is a full kitchen on both the main level and the lower level 
including new appliances, Jenn-Air ranges, complete cookware, 
quality silverware, hand painted dishes, sharp chef knives, coffee 
maker, coffee grinder, waffle iron, 4 slot toaster, pots, pans, 
bowls….everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home.  We 
even have a new high-tech large capacity front load washer and dryer 
set to make any laundry you do effortless!

Enjoy your cable televisions throughout the house with built in 
DVDs/VCRs for easy one control use.  Our lower level media room has 
comfortable leather sofas and a 57” Big Screen HDTV HDMI & surround 
sound. Be entertained by our video library with over 250 titles or 
play one of the many fun board games available. There is a high speed 
wireless Internet connection if you need to stay in touch.  We 
provide a local phone with an answering machine if you need to make 
or receive calls during your stay.

You’ll appreciate the tasteful décor and thoughtful care this home 
reflects.  There are cozy areas for conversations as well as 
groupings of couches for larger gatherings.  The generous size deck 
overlooks the wildlife pond and is a place we spend hours just 
watching all the delightful antics and interplay of the fish, duck 
families, turtles, blue herons, king fishers, muskrats, and more.

numerous courses including Jack Nicholas newly designed world class 
championship golf course, The Cliffs, There is skiing, white water 
rafting, you name it! Check out the new Fun Depot for a wealth of 
indoor fun, Sightseeing along the Blue Ridge Parkway is outstanding 
with many hiking trails & waterfalls along the way, These ancient

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are determined by number of guests.

Off Season Nightly Rate: $340 for 1 - 4 guests
In Season Nightly Rate: $460 for 1 - 10 guests
Each additional guest is $20 per night.
Children & infants are counted as guests.
Maximum number of guests is 20.  
 
Off Season Weekly Rate (40% off): $1932 for 1 - 10 guests. $84 wk/each extra guest
    (Off Season = Jan, Feb, March, April, Sept, except holidays)

In Season Weekly Rate (20% off): $2576 for 1 - 10 guests. $112 wk/each extra guest.
    (In Season = May, June, July, Aug, Oct. except holidays)

Holiday Weekly Rate: $3220 for 1 - 10 guests. $140 wk/ each extra guest
    (Holidays = Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

Add to rate:  11% Taxes and $150 - $250 depending on number of guests.

Pets must be preapproved at time of reservation.  There is a $15/night per pet rent.
