Location:
The Dream Chalet is nestled at the edge of a 33 acre woodlands forest in a small community of cedar chalets. It is conveniently located at the south edge of Asheville close to restaurants, shopping and the Biltmore House. Walk the woodlands path from the back yard to the creek and tree bench swing.

Living Room:
The stunning living room has 20 foot cathedral ceilings, gas log stone fireplace, beautiful tapestry, luxurious comfortable couches & awesome massage chair, elegant furnishings and flat screen TV with built-in DVD/VCR for easy use. There is even an extensive video library for your entertainment. Just beyond is the kitchen, laundry area, half bath and glorious sunroom.

Kitchen:
The classy gourmet kitchen has tile counters, an island prep area with eating bar and bar stools for lookers-on, wood flooring and new appliances including a gas range/oven. (Don't you just love cooking with gas!) This cook's kitchen is set up with everything you need for preparing meals at home. The knives are sharp, there's a multitude of quality cookware, coffeemaker and even a coffee grinder for your freshly brewed coffee. There's an assortment of basic spices and plenty of storage space for your groceries. Serve your meals in the sunroom on cheerful hand-painted plates and quality silverware.

Sunroom:
Just beyond the kitchen is an all-glass sunroom/dining room that looks out on the lovely woodlands and back deck with a large & powerful outdoor hot tub. Relax in the sofa (queen sleeper) and watch TV.

Master King Bedroom Suite:
Upstairs from the living room, you'll find a tastefully decorated romantic master bedroom suite with an ultra comfortable king size bed. Luxuriate in the smooth 400 count cotton sheets, the butter soft blanket and even the velvety plush mattress pad. Located on the third level, your window is a bird's eye view of the delightful lawn and forest below. There's a TV/VCR/DVD for bedtime watching. You have ample closet space with a large walk-in closet and small room with a baby crib. A tasteful bathroom featuring a skylight above your shower/Jacuzzi tub and sumptuously thick cotton towels complete the master suite. Oh, don't you love to be spoiled!

Guest Bedrooms:
Downstairs from the living room are a full bathroom and two bedrooms each with a quality queen bed and TV/DVD/VCR. One of the bedrooms has a four poster bed, a fun mural, children's toys, books & stuffed animals. The bathroom is delightfully decorated, has a full tub and shower, and of course, wonderfully soft towels.

For additional sleeping, the sunroom has a new queen sleeper sofa that's comfortable and even has a back rest adjustment to recline. What a great setting to sleep in! Watch the stars from the windows and skylights that surround you.  There is also a twin air bed with built-in quick inflate/deflate motor.

Additionally....
The Dream Chalet has central heat and air conditioning, phones for local calls, and Cable TV. There is wireless high speed Internet connection. It is freshly painted and remodeled throughout with quality furniture and furnishings. There's a full size washer and dryer for your use. We've even included some fun board games, jigsaw puzzles and don't forget the extensive video library for your entertainment!

numerous courses throughout the area. There is skiing, white water
rafting, you name it! Check out the new Fun Depot for a wealth of
indoor fun, Sightseeing along the Blue Ridge Parkway is outstanding
with many hiking trails & waterfalls along the way, These ancient
Appalachian Mountains is home to mountain music & dancing, Several
times a week you can test your dancing shoes at Contra Dancing with
live upbeat Celtic music.

This home sleeps 8 guests. Children & Infants are counted as guests.

Nightly Rate: $195 for 1 - 4 guests.
Add $15 per additional guest per night.

Off Season Week Rate: $899 for 1 - 4 guests,
Add $75/week per each extra guest;
(Nov - March; no discounts for holiday weeks)

In Season Week Rate $1092 for 1 - 4 guests,
Add $84/week per each extra guest;
(April - October; no discounts for holiday weeks)

HOLIDAY WEEK Rate $1365 for 1 - 4 guests,
Add $100/week per each extra guest;
(Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

Taxes: 11.75%
Cleaning Fee: $100 - $150 depending on # of guests & length of stay.

Minimum Stay 3 - 7 nights depending on season & how far in advance a reservation is made.  Holidays have minimum week stay.

Dogs must be preapproved at time of reservation and owner agree to
our pet policies (detailed on our website). 
Pet Rent:  $15/night or $75/week per dog.  Cats not accepted.
