Vacation Rental Description

Indulge in the sumptuous amenities of our exquisite 3 story Dream 
Chalet with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 1900 SF.  It’s nestled at 
the edge of a 33 acre woodlands forest conveniently located at the 
south edge of Asheville close to restaurants and shopping.  Walk the 
woodlands path to the creek and tree bench swing.

If you love to be pampered and are discerning about what you want in 
a luxury getaway, the Dream Chalet is an excellent choice. We 
lovingly furnished and decorated it with an eye toward beauty and 
comfort with extra special touches to pamper you. (We love spoiling 
our guests!)  It will feel like a warm, inviting home to you rather 
than a vacation rental house. 
 
The stunning living room has 20 foot cathedral ceilings, gas log 
stone fireplace, beautiful tapestry, luxurious comfortable couches, 
elegant furnishings and flat screen TV with built-in DVD/VCR for easy 
use.  There’s even an extensive video library for your 
entertainment.  Just beyond is the kitchen and laundry area.

The classy gourmet kitchen has tile counters, an island prep area 
with eating bar and bar stools for lookers-on, wood flooring and new 
appliances including a gas range/oven.  (Don’t you just love cooking 
with gas!)  This cook’s kitchen is set up with everything you need 
for preparing meals at home. The knives are sharp, there’s a 
multitude of quality cookware, coffeemaker and even a coffee grinder 
for your freshly brewed coffee.  There’s an assortment of basic 
spices and plenty of storage space for your groceries.  Serve your 
meals in the sunroom on cheerful hand-painted plates and quality 
silverware.    

Just beyond the kitchen an all-glass sunroom/dining room that looks 
out on the lovely woodlands and back deck with a large & powerful 
outdoor hot tub. Relax in the sofa (queen sleeper), watch TV and 
enjoy experiencing an awesome massage in your high-tech “hands on 
technology” Massage Chair!  

Upstairs from the living room, you’ll find a tastefully decorated 
romantic master bedroom suite with an ultra comfortable king size 
bed.  Luxuriate in the smooth 400 count cotton sheets, the butter 
soft blanket and even the velvety “micro-plush” fiber mattress pad.  
Located on the third level, your window is a bird’s eye view of the 
delightful lawn and forest below.  There’s a TV/VCR/DVD for bedtime 
watching. You have ample closet space with two walk-in closets.  A 
tasteful bathroom featuring a skylight above your shower/Jacuzzi tub 
and sumptuously thick cotton towels complete the master suite.  Oh, 
don’t you love to be spoiled!

Downstairs from the living room are a full bathroom and two bedrooms 
each with a quality queen bed and TV/DVD/VCR.  One of the bedrooms 
has a fun mural and children’s toys & stuffed animals.  The bathroom 
is delightfully decorated, has a full tub and shower, and of course, 
wonderfully soft towels.  
 
For additional sleeping, the sunroom has a new queen sleeper sofa 
that's comfortable and even has a back rest adjustment to recline.  
What a great setting to sleep in!  Watch the stars from the windows 
and skylights that surround you.

The Dream Chalet has central heat and air conditioning, phones for 
local calls, and Cable TV. There is wireless high speed Internet 
connection.  It is freshly painted and remodeled throughout with 
quality furniture and furnishings. There’s a full size washer and 
dryer for your use.  We’ve even included some fun board games, jigsaw 
puzzles and don’t forget the extensive video library for your 
entertainment!

are fantastic antique stores, numerous galleries, unique boutique 
shops, & amazing hand-crafted goods, This region is host to numerous 
festivals filled with music, dance, arts & crafts, There are family 
events, concerts, cinemas and museums, For golfers, there are 
numerous courses including Jack Nicholas newly designed world class 
championship golf course, The Cliffs, There is skiing, white water 
rafting, you name it! Check out the new Fun Depot for a wealth of 
indoor fun, Sightseeing along the Blue Ridge Parkway is outstanding 
with many hiking trails & waterfalls along the way, These ancient 
Appalachian Mountains is home to mountain music & dancing, Several 
times a week you can test your dancing shoes at Contra Dancing with 
live upbeat Celtic music.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season Nightly Rate: $165 for 1 - 2 guests.
In Season Nightly Rate:  $195 for 1 - 4 guests.
Add $15 per additional guest per night.
This home sleeps 8 guests. Children & Infants are counted as guests.

Off Season Weekly Rate (This is 40% off nightly rate!) $819 for 1 - 4 guests, 
Add $63 per extra guest per week;
(Jan/Feb/March/April/Sept/Nov/Dec/except holidays)

In Season Weekly Rate (This is 20% off nightly rate!) $1092 for 1 - 4 guests,  
Add $84 per extra guest per week;
(May/June/July/Aug/Oct/except holidays)

Holiday Weekly Rate:  $1365 for 1 - 4 guests, 
Add $105 per extra guest per week;  
(Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

Add 11% Taxes 
Add $75 - $150 Cleaning Fee depending on number of guests.

Minimum Stay 3 - 7 nights depending on time of year.
Minimum Stay may be waived for last minute bookings.

Pets must be preapproved at time of reservation.  There is a $15/night per pet rent.
