Charlotte. The area offers walking distance private Marina, charter  
boats for fishing and sightseeing. Shopping Malls, movies & fine  
dining are just minutes away. 
 
This comfortable and beautiful condo has new wall to wall carpet,  
new furniture and new appliances with all the amenities of home. The  
first floor unit overlooks the Makayaka River and the Gulf of  
Mexico. Master bedroom has a King size bed, 2nd bedroom have two  
twin beds, plus there is a double high Coleman queen size air bed
