car right from the airport.

High speed internert is at your service at the condo or pool, so bring your laptop if you wish.

Fully furnished with new appliances which include micro and
dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, and cooking utensils.
New washer and dryer for your convenience.
The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and a Master Private Bathroom
Shower, and Large Walk in Closet.
Guest Room has two twin beds with a full bathroom right next to it.
Living Room has a Sofa Sleeper which can sleep two and has cable TV.
Bed linens and towels are included, but be sure to bring your beach
towels, toiletries,and your cell phone. There are 2 Beach Chairs,and
umbrella in the Storage shed. Also a cooler for the beach.
Carport is right by the entry.
There are Bathrooms by the pool.
Pool temperture is usually 86-88 degrees.
2 BIKES- One mens' and one ladies'.
No Smoking, and No Pets, thank you.

Lots of things to do, and places to go.
Barefoot Beach is great and very close....7 miles.
Other beaches are within 6.5 miles
Just park and you are there. Great swimming and shelling at the beach.
Of course, Golfing is terriffic in Bonita and nearby.
This is a great Villa for a family with 1100 roomy square feet.
Plenty of wonderful restaurants, & shopping.
This condo has a quiet atmosphere with a great pool area.

$89/night Special- From April 24 to May 30th. Min. 4 night stay.
1/2 payment due 60 days before arrival, the balance due 30 days before arrival.
After approving your request, you can sign a Rental Agreement and
mail in your $250 security deposit and that will hold your vacation
time.
It will be refunded within 14 days after departure if there is no
damage.
Add 11% for FL sales tax.
Include cleaning fee of $85.
Accept personal checks and money orders, but personal checks need to
clear before acceptance. No cash or wired funds will be accepted.
