and pool. This unit boasts a comfortable upscale beach decor with 2
dbl beds and 1 pullout couch. Slip into the heated pool or just sit
back and enjoy as the dolphins swim by and boats sail with the
beckoning wind. You are located in a safe and secure neighborhood
just a few blocks from downtown Treasure island with no high rises
looming over head. Your neighbors often meet on the dock to fish or
BBQ.

Dishes, cookware, utensils, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, blender, coffee
maker, full size refridge w/ice maker. Linens, bath towels, cable
TV, DVD player, Tile floors thru out. on site washer/dryer, heated
pool, gas grills, fishing dock with boat dockage. Some WiFi access available.

Just 45 minutes from Tampa International and St. Pete/ Clearwater
Airports. A covenient drive to Bush gardens, Disney, MGM, Seaworld
etc. Walk or drive to fantastic restaurants, shopping, or grocery
store.
Don't forget historic John's Pass Village where there is any
watersport your heart desires: parasailing, deepsea fishing,
Gambling cruise, boat rentals, island charters for ultimate shelling
or exploring on uninhabited out islands.

December thru April $2,500/month or $800/week
May thru August $1,400/month or $650/week or $100/day
September thru November $1,400 or $600/week or $100/day
Holidays: 4 night minimum @ $125/day or $750/week
Security Deposit $300/week, $500/month paid in advance and
fully refundable within one week of checkout if no damages/theft
occur. Always add 12% tax and  cleaning fee is negotiable.
