Vacation Rental Description

2 Master suites makes this the perfect rental for 2 couples or a 
small family. Our light and bright home is very private with a very 
nice backyard.   We have set it up as a higher end unit because we 
love to be there and we like the best. WE ARE GETTING RAVE REVIEWS 
FROM PAST TENANTS.

Our home has been set with all the necessities of home. 2 bedrooms, 
each with private baths, guest bath, large living room with lots of 
room to relax. Card and bumper pool table. Big kitchen with all the 
appliances and tools you'll 
need, kitchen has an eating bar and table for six. 
*Airconditioned and heat.
*2 car garage with garage door opener
*3 color tvs, cable and DVD player and VCRs, one in each room
*High speed internet, just plug it in.
*Phone in 1 bedroom and kitchen, all long distance and phone service included.
*Very comfy Queen size beds with new linens
*Extra blow-up mattresses for additional guests
*Gas barbeque and firepit with lots of room on the deck. 
*Private backyard with lounge chairs and trees that shelter you from 
the sun. 
*Two bikes. The area is perfect for biking and walking. 
*Washer, dryer, side by side Refrigerator, and dishwasher
*Electric flat top range
*Lots of cooking utensils and dinnerware and glassware, plus some 
great cookbooks. Got to use the Bobby Flay and Kathy Casey.
*Close to 4 excellent golf courses, 2 pools, excerise room,  
volleyball courts. Tennis courts, spa-jacuzzi, library.
*Great hiking in the Superstition Mountains, just out your back 
door.

Activities and Attractions

Mountainbrook Village is an active adult community with loads to 
do, and with fabulous neighbors.  Close to shopping and several good 
restaurants.

The community has two swimming pools with times set for adults 
and chldren,  a hot tub/spa. Library, volleyball courts, tennis 
courts and a great golf course.

January-March rent for $2500 per month includes all utilities
April and May rent for $1700 per month includes all utilities
June through September for $1200 per month includes all utilities
October rents for $1500 per month includes all utilities
November through December rents for $1600 per month includes all utilities
