Vacation Rental Description

Holiday weeks -  Easter,$th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas may be available in 2009. -  If  
you would like to reserve any of these times, notify me soon and I will set it up for you. Other  
dates may also be available but reservations fill up fast so e-mail me early requesting other  
reservation times.  Reservations begin on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays for the following full week  
only.   
 
I have "Grand Mayan" ownership with locations at Nuevo Vallarta, Cancun, and Acapulco with  
availability to reserve at any of the Mayan Palace, Grand Mayan, or Sea Garden locations throughout  
Mexico.  
    
PUERTO PENASCO: 
Situated on the Estuary La Pinta, "Rocky Point" is less than 60  
miles from the United States/Mexican border and approximately a four- 
hour drive from Phoenix. 
   
From Phoenix, go to the Interstate 10 West freeway and continue on  
Highway 85 until reaching Lukeville. On crossing the border into  
Sonoyta, Mexico, follow highway 8 toward Puerto Peñasco.  
Approximately 10 kilometers from there, take the detour to Caborca  
and continue on Highway 3 until reaching the entrance to the Mayan  
Palace Puerto Peñasco.  
 
Weather 
Average summer temperature is an ideal 94° Fahrenheit. The  
temperature averages 59° Fahrenheit in the winter months.  
 
Dress  
Resort casual. Remember to bring jackets and warmer clothes in  
winter.

Vacation Rental Rates

Option A:  (Master Room) One Bedroom (two double beds)with Bathroom,  
Balcony - sleeps 4,-$500 per week. 
 
Option B:  (Suite) One Bedroom (king bed)with a Kitchen, Bathroom,  
Dressing area, Dining area, Living Room (two pull-out beds),Balcony - 
Sleeps 4,-$900 per week.  
 
Option C: (Master Suite) Combination of Option A and Option B -  
sleeps 8, $1300 per week.*  
 
Reservations are for FULL WEEK ONLY.  All dates will require sufficient  
time to establish a confirmation - usually more than 40 days.
