which is two miles wide at property - 125 feet of private
shoreline including 8x16 floating dock at the end of 3x18 catwalk -
two jet ski ramps - swim ladder - dock light - nearby deck with electricity and
lights - 50 foot wide small river stone swim area with gradual, child
friendly, descent to deeper water - Six feet of depth at end of
dock permits safe diving, boating, etc. - Good fishing off dock,
shore and boats for bass, perch, walleye, carp, etc.

Three bedrooms (king, queen and double beds) plus open loft with
four twin beds and play area (great for kids).
Two bathrooms - one with shower, one with washer and dryer.
Outside shower stall for convenience.

On-site parking for 4-5 cars. Roadside parking for trailers, etc.
Free boat launch area roughly 1000 feet from private beach.

Large dock with 2 jet ski ramps - accomodates up to 23' foot boat +
mooring buoy off end of dock -  - Lighted lakefront deck with
power outlets -  Chairs - Picnic table and benches - BBQ grill -
Campfire circle near lake (subject to fire danger restrictions).

Stone fireplace in living room - Cable TV - DVD - VCR -
Telephone - Dishwasher - Microwave - Toaster oven - Coffee
maker - Washer and Dryer - Fully equipted kitchen - Attached
deck with great views of lake - 50 feet to Lake from house.
Knotty pine interior in kitchen, living room and other areas. 

Wooded lot in private community about one mile off of paved road.

Canoeing - Fishing.

Wild animal park - Golf - Minature
Golf - Hiking - Horseback riding - Video rentals - Family
fun centers (2) including arcade, go-carts, bowling, batting cages,
etc.

Dock and dine to one of three or more restaurants on the lake.

Rates are from Saturday to Saturday unless by special arrangement:

Aug. 24-Sept. 6        $1395/week
Sept. 7-27                $1195/week
Sept. 28-Nov. 29        $995/week

Linens, towels and paper products are to be provided by the tenant.              
                                                                                                       
Weekend rentals (3 day minimum)are available except between June 2 & September
28.   Rates are negotiable based on the length of the stay.    
                                
A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance will be due at a date agreed upon at the time the reservation is made.

The deposit is nonrefundable unless that week is subsequently rented for the same amount.  In that event, $100 will be retained for compensation and the balance refunded.

$300 Security deposit: A separate check marked "security deposit" is due with the final payment. This check will be returned uncashed when the chalet is left in good condition. Please enclose a self-
addressed stamped envelope.

 Maximum occupancy - 10 persons.

Check-in is at 3PM. Check-out is at 10AM.

NO SMOKING OR PETS PERMITTED IN CHALET --- ANY SUCH USE FORFITS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT!!
