Tropic Villa is a custom built lake side villa with either 3 or 4
bedrooms and two baths. Soaring ceilings welcome vacationers to
explore this retreat. A relaxed southern décor
incorporates warm woods, bone colored carpets and bright tile
floors, a well equipped kitchen, and a 2-car garage. Visitors are sure to
enjoy the tranquil, palm shaded lake views from the
caged Lanai with heated pool and spa.
This superior retreat is located on a lake, about a mile from water
on three sides. The Desoto National Monument on the Mantee River
lies just north of the lake. To the south is the beautifully calm
Palma Sola Bay. To the west lies the southern edge of Tampa Bay.
All this less than a mile away.
The Tropic Villa is centrally located just off Manatee Ave. Ten
minutes to the gulf of Mexico and four of the nicest beaches in Florida. Anna Maria,
Bradenton, Holmes and Coquina beaches, golf,
tennis, shopping, boating, restaurants and resort attractions are
all easily accessible by short car ride.
This floridian villa boasts a spacious and open split floor
plan, ideal for retreat style entertaining. Double wide
entry hall doors welcome guests to explore the bright living room,
dining room, family room, dinette and kitchen. Tropic Villa comes
fully equipped with a gas barbecue, cable TV, high-speed wireless
Internet, local plus long distance telephone service and a lighted
pool/lanai area.
The screened enclosure surrounds a swimming pool and spa area paved
in earthen tile. The covered lanai area has lighted seating area for
eight, propane stainless gas grill and equipped with a ceiling fan for tropical outdoor
comfort. Pool lighting and outdoor floodlights provide
illumination after sundown and no bugs.
The family room couch is equipped with a recliner that faces a TV,
VCR and CD/DVD which are provided for family relaxation. A formal
dinning room equipped with eight matching chairs and two
table leafs allows guests to host family gatherings in comfort and
style. Quality dishes, utensils and linens are provided. The
dining room location and light carpet floors make it one of the the
brighter rooms in the villa.
A tiled kitchen is comes equipped for the tropical chef.
Easy to maintain kitchen surfaces, oven, garbage disposal and
dishwasher are all within easy reach. Barstool seating is in
addition to the adjacent dinette surrounded by french doors.
Large light colored kitchen cabinets and extra bright lighting make
this kitchen a pleasure to gather and work in. Appliances include a
refrigerator with icemaker, a built-in microwave oven, garbage
disposal, washer, dryer, toaster oven, coffee maker, drink blender
and dishwasher. The villa rental comes equipped with a large
selection of high quality cooking utensils, dishes and linens.
Groceries, fuel and last minute shopping are all located only
minutes away.
The laundry room, with extra capacity washer and dryer, is located
in a separate utility room far away from bedrooms and entertaining.
A clothes iron and iron-board are provided for convenience.
Cathedral ceilings, central heating and air conditioning
plus ceiling fans provide for the comfort of each guest throughout
this magnificent retreat. Vertical blinds and adjustable window
treatments permit privacy and light control in private areas.
A large master bedroom and bath combination comes equipped with
a queen size bed, TV, VCR, DVD, clock radio and phone. His and hers
dressers and night stands allow for ample personal storage. Sliding
glass doors permit master bedroom water views and the private use of
a the screened-in pool and spa. Off the master bedroom, a large
tiled private master bath has separate sinks, jacuzzi and a
separate shower. A separate tiled family sized bath provides tub
and shower facilities for other guests. The holiday getaway comes
with quality hairdryers, linens and towels.
Two sleeping areas and a study/bedroom are separated from the
master bedroom. A second bedroom, located at the front of the
villa, has window blinds and a large closet. The queen-sized bed
comes with nightstand, clock radio, dresser and a mirror in
pale whitewash finish.
A third bedroom in the villa front side comes with two twin beds, a
large clothes closet, along with a door dresser and a nightstand in
white cottage finish.
An additional room serves as an office/entertainment/bedroom and is
equipped with a convertible queen sized sofa that also provides
sleeping accommodations for two additional guests. It combines a
large armoire storage chest that holds guest clothing and a 27" TV,
VCR and DVD player entertainment center. A large closet offers
clothes hangers, shelve space and additional stand up storage.

countless restaurants, baseball in nearby St Petersburg, McKechnie
Field, the Pirates Spring Training Camp, numerous wildlife

Two of the nicest beaches in Florida are located on Bradenton's
barrier island just to the west. Bradenton Beach is easily reached
by turning right on Manatee Avenue (State 64)and following the
setting sun straight into the Gulf of Mexico. This two lane byway
connects the mainland to Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach and Anna
Maria Island via the Palma Sola Causeway. This modern local highway
is adjacent to long, sandy beaches fronting Palma Sola Bay. There
are boat ramps, a dock, boat/watercraft/seaplane rentals, marina
facilities and picnic tables.
Anna Maria Bayfront Park is a secluded beach that fronts both the
Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. It's facilities
include picnic grounds, a playground, rest rooms, showers, and
lifeguards. N. Bay Blvd., adjacent to municipal pier is the best for
strolling, fishing and eating.
Cortez Beach. is popular with those who don't mind beaches without
facilities -- nothing but sand, water, and trees. Gulf Blvd.,
Bradenton Beach.
Coquina Beach is big with singles and families. Facilities here
include a picnic area, boat ramp, playground, refreshment stand,
rest rooms, showers, and lifeguards.
Manatee County Beach is popular with all ages. It has picnic
facilities, a snack bar, showers, rest rooms & lifeguards.

Rental rates are quoted through out the seasons starting at $2500
monthly, $850 per week.
Pool and Spa heating to 80 degrees Fahrenheit for $50 per week at
renters option.
3 month and seasonal rates available at a discount.
Rates quoted in USD include unlimited local + long distance phone
calls within the US, PR, Aaska & Hawaii, utilities and basic cable
plus high-speed Internet service.
Taxes and $125 exit cleaning fee applied to all rentals.
