bedrooms,2 of which have queen size beds,TV's and full size 
baths.fourth bedroom has twin size beds, and all bedrooms have 
ceiling fans and closets.Upper level has large great room with

the down slope wooded lot.

The historic town of Galena is 10 minutes away offering great 
restaurants and shopping in the Dickens Village type setting.
Downhill skiing at Chestnut Mountain is just 20 minutes away. The 
city of Dubuque Iowa is 30 minutes away on the Mississippi river,and 
features:river boat cruises,dog track, 
riverwalk,waterpark,casino,movie theaters and Museum.
Apple River State Park is just 15 miles away from the Territory.

High Season Rates:  April 1st- October 31st
Weekend Rates: $495.00/ per night (2 night minimum)
High Season Weekdays: $395.00/ per night (2 night minimum)
High Season Weekly Rates:$2500.00/per week

Off Season  Rates: November 1st - March 31st
Weekend Rates: $395.00/ per night (2 night minimum)
Weekday Rates:$295.00/ per night (2 night minimum)

Deposit required one night stay
renters must show proof of age with driver's licence and must be
