Beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath Ledges condominium with brand new
furniture. You know you are in paradise when you see the Beautiful
main channel view. It has an amazing 10 mile view of the main
channel not blocked by docks or construction.
There is a king-size bed in Master bedroom with attached master bath
with double bowl vanity.It has a huge walk-in closet. You will wake
up to a beautiful sunrise with the sound of the lake coming thru the
window.
The second bedroom has two full-size beds and an additional bathroom
around the corner. Playstation 2 with several games available for
use. There are three TVs; 27 inch in Living room and 15 inch flat
in both bedrooms. All have cable.
For any additional guests, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa and a
twin-size air-mattress, easily inflated. All linens, towels,
additional blankets and pillows are provided. Washer and dryer
available for your convenience. The kitchen has all needed utensils
including a toaster oven, microwave, dish washer and oven.

Fireplace, phone (local calls only), air conditioning, cable TV,
Internet, CD/DVD Player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher,
refrigerator, ice maker, grill on the patio and patio furniture.
Playstation 2 for kids!!
Cooking utensils provided, linens provided, washer, dryer (laundry
detergent and dryer sheets provided), pool (shared), Internet is
available.

12 x 30 boat slip available for free - No lift or bumpers on slip - must provide own.

Cleaning Fee: $75; $300 refundable security deposit required to hold
reservation and secure against damage. $500 security deposit for parties of six.

Taxes apply to all rentals. Full payment due two weeks prior to
arrival.
