Cottage at the Dune in Pentwater

This charming three bedroom Cape Cod style cottage is surrounded by
Mears State Park woods and is located in the Village of Pentwater.
Shopping, dining and beach is within walking distance.

The Master bedroom with window air conditioner has a king size bed,
guest room has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk
bed with a double bed and room air conditioner. There is a queen
size sofa sleeper in the living room. There are two full baths with
tub and shower.

The large living room has a wood burning fireplace, cable TV, DVD
player, and sofa bed. The screened porch is very private
overlooking the flower garden. The deck has a gas grill and dining
table and chairs and is located off the dining room. The kitchen is
fully equiped with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, blender,
griddle and coffee maker.

All bed linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own
beach towels. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room for
your use. An outside shower with hot and cold water is available to
rinse off sandy feet. Two bicycles for use in the village and a
wagon with large tires to pull children, coolers, etc. to the beach
are in the garage. Sorry, no pets.

The beach is a short walk (less than 1/2 mile). Shopping and
restaurants are within walking distance. Tennis courts, mini golf
and the ice cream store are just a few blocks away. Pentwater is a
family friendly place with an excellent beach with bathrooms, snack
shop and play equipment. Off shore fishing trips with guaranteed
catch leave from the marina. Every Thursday night there are free
band concerts in the Village Green. Several excellent, public golf
courses are within 15 minutes drive. There are miles of hiking
trails at Pentwater Pathways and a 22 mile bike trail that starts in
Hart.

Early Summer Rental Rates:  May 15 - July 3  $1,000 per week.

Summer Rentals Rates:  July 3- August 22 - $1500 per week. 

Late Summer Rental Rates:   August 22 - October 2 - $1,200

Off Season Daily Rates:  $225 per night, 3 nights minimum.
