Keys! You can RENT ONE for a 2 bedroom condominium OR BOTH for 4 
bedrooms total. This is a personally owned property and is a rare 
private 2 unit waterfront complex.

Atlantic Breezes is the closest condominium vacation rental property 
to Sombrero Beach! Each spacious condo is approximately 1,250 square 
feet and features 2 separate bedrooms, living room, laundry room, 
and a large enclosed sunroom. Queen beds in the bedrooms plus brand 
new queen sofa sleepers in the living room and sunroom  In the back 
yard you will find a 250 sq ft Tiki Hut, hot tub, sun deck, and a 
50’ 
sea wall with dockage space located off the Atlantic Ocean. Bring 
your
own boat or rent one!
