Vacation Rental Description

Community in sunny Florida.  This professionally decorated, fully furnished 
home is in a gated one of a kind community.  Conveniently located midway 
between  Spanish Springs Town Center and Lake Sumter Town Center.   
Located on the Glenview Championship 27 Hole Golf Course.  Enjoy a view 
of the golf course from the master bedroom, and porch.  Walk across the street 
to the Glenview Champions Tennis Club and play on their har-tru courts.  
Relax and swim at the tennis racquet shaped swimming pool next to the 
tennis club.  Enjoy meals at the Glenview Country Club which is within 
walking distance.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy a restful night's sleep as both bedrooms have comfortable, king-sized 
beds.  Fully equipted kitchen with new appliances which include microwave, 
dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and stove.  Kitchen also includes 
an eat in breakfast nook.  Enjoy listening to music throughout the house with a 
central intercom system.  House comes with utility room with new washer and 
dryer.  One and a half car garage with garage door opener. Enjoy watching 
golfers tee off while sitting on the porch.  Formal dining room.
 

Activities and Attractions

Disneyland for retirees. Enjoy free entertainment each night at either of the 
two town centers. Golf at any  of the 8 championship golf courses or 18 
executive courses. Shopping and dining are plentiful at either of the town 
squares. Swimming, fishing, tennis, health spas, polo,softball, biking, you 
name the activity we have it. Over 500 activity clubs operate at the Villages.

Nov. Dec. $1700.00 a month  (Utilities included)
Year round lease-$1800.00 a month plus utilities

Cleaning fee of $95.00. Activity cards for $50.00
