Rates are negotiable if staying four months or more.
Deposits: $500 security deposit must be payed upon arrival
(refundable on last day), and 10% to 20%(depend rsvt) of the
rate required at reservation. The total price includes valet
parking,beach attendant and taxes.
Full payment must be received by arrival, plus $75 cleaning fee.
