Vacation Rental Rates

Dec thru April: $1950/month  :    $750/week (if less than a month)*Special rate during Christmas Days 
May thru August: $1200/month :    $525/week (if less than a month) 
Sept thru Nov: $1300/month   :    $550/week (if less than a month) 
speak English and Spanish. 
Rates are negotiable if staying a year or more. 
 
Deposits: $500 security deposit must be payed upon arrival (refundable on last day), and 10% of the  
rate required at reservation. The total price includes valet parking,beach attendant and taxes. 
 
Full payment must be received by arrival, plus $100 cleaning fee.
