than in this two-story dream house within steps of the pristine lake.

The circular drive immediately alerts visitors to the privacy of the home, and when the front doors
open, it’s clear they won’t be disappointed. Heated stone warms cold feet as guests make their way
to the well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, and built-in appliances (double ovens, microwave, large
refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, trash compactor,) and other amenities. The kitchen opens into the
dining room and living room, whose large, stone fireplace fills the room with its warm glow. The
open-beam vaulted ceiling and oak floors reflect the surrounding ancient evergreen trees. Curl up
with a good book or to watch a film on the built-in television in the living room furnished with
plush couches and chairs. Guests are offered beautiful views of Lake Tahoe from living room, dining
room and kitchen. The furnished deck offers a great place to grill, feel the cool breeze and enjoy
awesome sunsets over the lake.

Back inside the upstairs hall leads to two bedrooms both furnished with queen-sized beds, (one
bedroom also has a set of bunks), with a full bath across the hall. The master bedroom, at the end
of the hall, is furnished with a luxurious California King Bed and matching pine dresser and
nightstands. This room looks out on a “Secret Garden” back yard. Through double doors lies the
opulent master bath, complete with vanity, his and her sinks, shower and jetted tub.

Guests descend the staircase to the lower level where a recreation room holds a large television and
family room (the furniture folds out for sleeping too!), complimented by a full bath. The laundry
room, also located downstairs, is equipped with full-size washer and dryer. A two-car garage is
available for secure parking.

Relax at the private community beach located steps from the front door. There are recreation
opportunities for everyone. The Tahoe National Forest begins at the end of the cul-de-sac with
unlimited trails including an easy flat 1 mile walk to Zephyr Point Lodge with ice cream, sit down
dining and boat rentals. World Class skiing at Heavenly and South Tahoe shows, casinos and
restaurants are just 7 miles away.
