level, 1-bedroom triplex unit located on the beach side of Hwy
98 . . . no roads to cross! We provide you with a handy wagon for
transporting your toddlers to the beach!
Attractively furnished with a light, beach decor. Vaulted ceilings
and ceiling fans throughout. Berber carpet with ceramic tile floors
in kitchen and bath. Relax in the recliner and enjoy cable TV or a
movie from our video/DVD library. The queen-size sofabed has an
innerspring mattress PLUS there is a foam topper, mattress pads, and
a "Bar Blocker(TM)" for your added comfort. All linens are provided.
The large bedroom features a King-Size bed with a "World Class"
Simmons Beautyrest Mattress. Two closets with mirrored doors provide
over 12' of storage space.

For the children : A High Chair and Pack n Play Crib.

A screened and carpeted porch room provides a convenient place for
keeping all of your beach accessories or fishing supplies.
The rear garden area of our unit has an 18 ft x 18 ft ground
level sundeck with picnic table, deck chairs, and a charcoal BBQ
grill. The outdoor shower has HOT & cold water and a privacy
enclosure.
No pets are allowed at this unit.
