Vacation Rental Description

Don't be fooled by other communities that claim they are as close close to Disney as our home!  This 
Luxury 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home is located within a guarded/gated resort community located just 3 
miles from Walt Disney World and all theme parks!! 

If you are booking a 2 WEEK Holiday.  This Home is the location within the location!  There are NO 
onlookers in our screened in pool/spa area.  (very important).  Kids can swim in the mornings, while 
aduts enjoy a leasurily cup of coffee or breakfast before heading off to the the parks for the day.  
Come home to the privacy and space of your own bedrooms.  All bedrooms have TV's with cable.

Relax in the jacuzzi spa and retire to a King size mattress in your own suite. There are DVD or VCR 
palyers located in each bedroom, along with plenty of movies for the whole family.

If you are the "Night Owl", stay up late and play Pool, Foosball, or Poker in our very own air-
conditioned game room while the others sleep!

The kitchen is large and fully functional.  Pots, pans, serving dishes, small appliances, and any 
utensil you need for a quick family snack or the even biggest Holiday feast!! 

Plenty of seating to dine indoors in the air-condition. If you prefer 
there is also enough patio furniture for the dine "Al Fresco"...AND MAY EVEN CATCH SOME OF THE 
DISNEY FIREWORKS.  

*Towels and linens provided. Including Pool/Beach towels.  

*If you need to do a little work, FREE unlimited internet service is provided. (Bring Laptop)

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season-$1300 (Jan, Feb, May, Sept, Oct, Nov,& Dec.)

Mid Rate-Season $1400 (March - April)

High Season-$1500  $215/night (June, July, and August.)

Holiday $1600-$228/night (Weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, 
and Easter Holiday.
                
               Jacuzzi/Spa heat $150 per week if requested.
                 
                
Less than 5 night stay requires cleaning surcharge of $150.00.  

Rates can be pro-rated if additional or lesser days are requested. 

LAST MINUTE SPECIAL:  2 weeks or less prior to arrival.  US $1000.  Includes pool heat!
