Our Hampton vacation house is an airy, sunny, and fully-equipped 
family home and perfect place to get away from it all with family 
and friends. Enjoy your summer in your own private getaway with

This Non-Smoking house is a tastefully renovated, four bedroom, two-
bath home with eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, and 
expansive deck surrounded by views of the Peconic Bay and backyard 
canal. There is a 7 person hot tub built into the deck for the 
relaxation and enjoyment of you and your guests, along with a teak 
table set with umbrella and deck furniture.  There is newly 
installed central air conditioning and heating with air filtration.

The living room has a working woodburning fireplace with cool, 
polished tile floors throughout the downstairs. There is a breakfast 
nook in the kitchen and a full separate dining room. Downstairs, you 
will also find two carpeted bedrooms and one bathroom for 
convenience. Upstairs, there are three carpeted bedrooms and a 
bathroom. 

The house is conveniently located near golf courses, tennis, riding, 
as well as fitness centers and spas in Southampton. Fabulous shops 
filled with fashion and home furnishings will keep shoppers happy, 
and antiquers will delight in everything from flea markets, yard 
sales, and consignment shops to fine antiques dealers.
