Sept thru Nov: $2800/month   :    $950/week (if less than a month) 
Speak English and Spanish 
Rates are negotiable if staying a year or more. 
 
Security deposit: $500 at arrival, refundable last day and 10% of the rate required at  
reservation. Price includes Valet parking,Beach attendant and Taxes 
 
Full payment must be received at arrival plus $100 cleaning fee.
