house is perfect for a vacation or getaway with family and friends.  
Located in beautiful Cassine Village, just a short walk to the 
beach, about 250 yards.  

Enjoy mornings or evenings relaxing on your private balcony, front 
porch or screened in back porch.  Step out of the back porch and 
into a lovely nature sanctuary with hiking trails and picnic 
pavilions.  Casine Village offers two beautiful pools and tennis 
courts.  This family friendly community has beach access to the 
sugar sands and beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf Coast.

Seagrove Beach is located between Destin and Panama City; walking or 
biking distance to the scenic beaches of Seaside and Watercolor to 
the west and spectacular Watersound and Rosemary Beaches to the 
east.  Unique shopping, wonderful restaurants, championship golf 
courses, as well as hiking and biking trails abound.
