third floor with superb uninterrupted views up and down the
non- driving section of New Smyrna Beach. There is a large
double balcony accessed from the living area and master suite
There is a seperate dining area and a BRAND NEW IKEA KITCHEN WITH
STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES including front loading washer/dryer.
The master suite has a King size bed, flatscreen TV/DVD and an ensuite bathroom with
shower.The second bedroom has twin beds,flatscreen TV/DVD and
a bathroom with tub/shower. The living area has a 42"
Flatscreen TV with Home Theatre System and DVD player.
FREE Wireless internet access is available in the condo.
Relax on a sleeper sofa, loveseat or Lazy Boy Recliner and enjoy
being 30 feet from the sand! Just sit on the balcony with
a drink and watch the dolphins
and ospreys - it doesn't get any better!
On the large balcony we have 2 recliners, 2 chaises, and a bar
table and chairs to eat outside.

Guests have the use of a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, sundeck,
gas grills and a shuffleboard court. The local Supermarket is a 5
minute walk away. Local Catholic church and a good variety of shops,
bars and restaurants are also very close.

Great beach walks, kite flying, cycle for miles, go turtle watching
(seasonal), stroll to 'Chases' New Smyrna's best beach bar, go
fishing, swimming or surfing. Plus, we're only an hour from Orlando.
