Vacation Rental Description

Lift at Peak 9), this beautiful home has everything your family could

fabulous, well-equipped kitchen, dining room with views of Mt Baldy,
den with tv and leather sofa sectional (can be used as 6th bedroom),
10 separate beds, which can accommodate 16 guests, + sofa beds in rec
room, den, living room & 3rd floor sitting area.  
 
Huge wraparound deck surrounds the home & furnishes great outside
gathering & dining area in summer, large private hot tub and barbecue
area all year long. Spectacular views of Mt Baldy from deck, living
room, dining room and east facing bedrooms. 
 
Home is on quiet culdesaq just 1 block from national forest & the
Burro Trail. Turn right (N) & ski to two lifts in less than 5 minutes
(green trail) or walk to town in 10 to 15 minutes on this gradual
slope to Main Street & Park Ave. Turn left (S) & be in back country in
5 minutes, with beaver ponds, streams, waterfalls & Ten Mile Peaks
within easy hikes or mountain biking.  Access bike path to Frisco,
Vail and beyond, or experience forest hiking & biking without getting
in your car! Yet, home is within Breckenridge city limits & just 4
minute drive to Main Street! Easiest forest access, yet in-town
convenience. Best of both worlds! 
 
Dee & Bernie live a couple of blocks from Timberhill & are generally
available to assist their guests with questions or concerns during
their stay.
