Vacation Rental Description

Luxurious and modern, pool side studio located right across the street from the beach!

I offer a unique vacation rental in New Smyrna Beach with great family rates. This unit is 
packed with all necessities one might require on a beach vacation!

The condo is fully-furnished, luxury, poolside studio condo which is ACROSS THE STREET 
FROM THE BEACH! It is a ground unit that sleeps four-five people. The pool is directly in 
front of your private patio and the beach is just across the street!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo is fully equipped and furnished with a full size kitchen with blender, coffee-
maker, microwave, toaster, teapot, ice-maker, all plates and utensils, cookware, etc. The 
dining area has a table with four chairs.

The living room is modern in decor and has lots of comfortable seating. I provide TV/VCR 
(with cable), videos, books, games, and area information, free local telephone, alarm clock 
with radio/CD player. The room has two very comfortable, full-size panel beds which 
disappear in the morning into large wall cabinets—no more walking around beds. This 
feature is also perfect for large groups or families traveling together! There are lots of 
fresh linens and blankets.

There is a private dressing room with vanity, storage and closet, which leads to a full-
bathroom. In this area you will find a full-length mirror, ironing board, beach games, etc.

My vacation rental has been laid out and equipped to provide the ultimate in vacation 
enjoyment. My  property  is uniquely decorated and furnished with lots of extras—stylish 
yet practical and efficient. The interior is distinctive and modern, with comfortable 
sleeping and seating arrangements.

Activities and Attractions

The resort is in the preferred non-driving beach zone and centrally located near shopping 
and restaurants at 27th Avenue and South Atlantic Avenue. 

Enjoy the Beach without the crowds! New Smyrna Beach was voted "Best Florida Beach" by 
the readers of FLORIDA MAGAZINE. It's uncrowded and unspoiled, and close to all Central 
Florida attractions. Nice weather all year long with average annual temperature in the 70's. 

New Smyrna Beach consists of 13.2 miles of white sandy beach with an additional 24 miles 
of coastline at Canaveral National Seashore located on the south end of the island. The 
Seashore is home to a variety of indigenous birds, sea turtles, and other wild life.  The 
Intercoastal Waterway offers a pristine estuary with a wide variety of ECHO tourism, great 
fishing, and water sports. The average annual air temperature is 72.7 F (22.5C). 

Also, great nearby attractions like, Orlando & Disney, Bike Week, Daytona Races, Etc.
