packed with all necessities needed for a comfortable, convenient beach vacation!
The condo is a fully-furnished, luxury poolside studio which is ACROSS THE STREET FROM
THE BEACH! It is a ground-floor unit that sleeps four-five people. The pool is directly in
front of your private patio and the beach is just across the street!

This condo is fully equipped and furnished with a full-size kitchen with blender, coffee-
maker, microwave, toaster, teapot, ice-maker, all plates and utensils, cookware, etc. The
dining area has a table with four chairs.
The living room is modern in decor and has lots of comfortable seating. It provides
TV/VCR (with cable), videos, books, games, and area information, free local telephone,
alarm clock with radio/iPod mount. The room has two very comfortable, double Murphy
beds which disappear in the morning into large wall cabinets opening the room up to
tons of extra space. This feature is also perfect for large groups or families traveling
together! Additionally, lots of fresh linens and blankets are provided.
The condo also features a private dressing room with vanity, storage and closet, which
leads to a full-bathroom. In this area you will find a full-length mirror, ironing board,
beach games, etc.
The vacation rental has been laid out and equipped to provide the ultimate in vacation
enjoyment. It's furnished with lots of extras making the space stylish yet practical and
efficient. The interior is clean and modern, with comfortable sleeping and seating
arrangements.

The resort is situated in the preferred non-driving beach zone and centrally located near
shopping and restaurants at 27th Avenue and South Atlantic Avenue.
Enjoy the Beach without the crowds! New Smyrna Beach was voted "Best Florida Beach" by
the readers of FLORIDA MAGAZINE. It's uncrowded, unspoiled, and close to all Central
Florida attractions. Beautiful weather all year long with average annual temperature in the
70's.
New Smyrna Beach consists of 13.2 miles of white sandy beach with an additional 24
miles of coastline at Canaveral National Seashore located on the south end of the island.
The Seashore is home to a variety of indigenous birds, sea turtles, and other wild life. The
InterCoastal Waterway offers a pristine estuary with a wide variety of ECHO tourism, great
fishing, and water sports. The average annual air temperature is 72.7 F (22.5C).
Nearby attractions: Orlando & Disney World, Bike Week, Daytona Races, NASA, Tennis,
Golfing, Fishing, Boating, Nature Watching, Etc.
