Vacation Rental Description

This is the largest of all the 2 bedroom units at 2080.  I am not a 
realator or broker.  This is my private unit. 

It is a large corner unit in a new luxury building on Hallandale 
beach in Miami Florida. The largest 2 bedroom units at 2080 are the 
01 and 02 lines.  This is an 01 line unit on a high floor.

The unit has 2 "floor to ceiling" sliding glass doors which leads to 
an "L" shaped balcony. The "L" shaped balcony provides panaramic 
views of east, south, west and north. The balacony faces due 
West and due South. The unit gets the shade in the morning and 
afternoon and evening sun!!! 

From the west facing balcony a beautiful view of N miami beach is 
visiable as well as the intercostal waterway and Aventura. At night 
there is a spectacular view as the entire skyline lights up before 
your eyes. As this unit is situated on the SW corner of the building 
it has THE BEST VIEWS in the building and is second to none.  This 
unit has ocean and city views, afternoon sun and morning shade.  

The unit is a 2 Bedroom unit. It has wall to wall 
Carpeting! The kitchen is tiled. Bedrooms have private bathrooms. 

All of the other 2/2 units at 2080 are significantly smaller.  The 
unit is just shy of 1500 square feet in size. The unit has granite 
counter tops and european cabinetry. Furher, there is a walk out 
balcony located off the master bedroom.

The unit has a washer and dryer unit built into the apartment. There 
is no community laundry facility at the 2080 building. 

The apartment comes with 2 garage parking spaces. You need never use 
the valet with the rental of my unit as 2 cars are accounted for in 
the rental costs. 

The building is located in Hallandale, Florida (broward county). The 
Building is approximately 1/4 mile north of the Dade county line and 
is south of the public Hallandale Beach water tower by approximately 
3/4 mile. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include pool, sauna, whirlpool, gym, security, valet, and 
direct beach access.

Approximately 1 ½ mile north of the building is the brand new luxury 
Westin Diplomat resort and spa. Just north of the diplomat is 
Beautiful hollywood beach with its eclectic shops and family 
Oriented beaches!

The building is conviently located just north of the Dade County 
line. North Miami Beach with local favorites such as the Rascal 
House is just a short ride to the south. It is close enough that a 
bicycle can be ridden for breakfast or lunch. Further, the unit is 
close to beautiful Aventura and a fantastic shopping mall.

2 garage parking spaces come with this unit.

Activities and Attractions

The unit is gorgeous and activities are what you make of South 
Florida.  What more can you want than, sunshine, Miami Florida, hot 
days, cool nights and ocean breezes.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season (Dec/Jan/Feb/March/April):  5000 per month
Mid spring season (May/June):           3500 per month
Summer high season (July/August):       4200 per month
Value season (September/October/Nov)    3000 per month

Refundable security deposit collected at time of rental

Cleaning fee and Utilies assessed against tenant.
