Our condo is very open and bright. We have recently updated (9/09) with new living room furniture, carpeting throughout and new kitchen appliances.

Our unit is best set up for two couples.  Each bedroom has one large bed.

We have a living room/dining room combination and a fully (lots of extras) equipped kitchen.
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and 3/4 attached bath.
Enjoy the ocean breezes and surf sounds from the patio doors that
lead to the screened lanai.
Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath just steps
away.
Three televisions, two VCR's one DVD player.
Cable T.V.
Wireless internet access.
Gorgeous sunsets abound directly outfront from the lanai.

Large heated swimming pool.
Tiki huts and a larger bar-b-que area with gas grills.
Free use of lawn chairs and chaise lounges on grass!
Shuffle board.
Horseshoe pits.
Laundry on premises.
Public tennis courts across the street.
Publix grocery store just 2 blocks away.

Fort Myers Beach is a fun, active town. Lots of cute gift shops and
GREAT restaurants. There are parks and historical sites within
walking distance.
Of course, nearby are all the water activities you may want to try:
jet skiing
para-sailing
fishing
boating
off-shore gambling cruise
and also renting:
bikes or mo-peds
and always there's golfing!
A relaxed trip on the trolley is only 25 cents one-way. Highly
recommended.
Wonderful walking/running or biking on the best beach ever! and with
the dolphins and birds it's live entertainment at it's best!

Rates are quoted for four persons...Our unit only sleeps 4 Best suited for 2 couples/2-4 adults.

All fees have:11% Florida Sales Tax
$75.00 cleaning fee.   $40.00 Reservation fee (non refundable)

$300 Security Deposit by credit card.
