When was you last beach vacation? This is
paradise...
The Summit Condo Resort overlook the beautiful sugar white sands
and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Summit
condo is equipped with everything you need! The kitchen is supplied
with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, washer and dryer, cable tv and
local phone service. This unit sleeps 6. The bedroom has a king bed,
the living room has a queen sleeper and there are twin bunkbeds in the
hall.

2 large pools, 2 kiddie pools, poolside Tiki bar, hot tubs, tennis
court, shuffle board, fitness room and sauna, snack bar and
convenience store, high speed internet cafe, playground & 600 feet
of sugar white sand. Just walk out past the pool deck and stick your
toes right in the sand!

vacation rental rates
Spring Break .. 3/3 to 4/6 .. $1,425 weekly
Spring .. 4/7 to 5/23 .. $800 weekly includes cleaning and taxes.
Summer .. 5/24 to 8/3 .. $1000 weekly includes cleaning and taxes.
Fall .. 8/4 to 9/7 .. $699 weekly
Winter .. 9/8 to 3/1 .. $599 weekly, $90 nightly, $900 monthly
Nightly rates $150 per night plus cleaning and taxes.
June & July are Weekly rentals only, Sat to Sat. Add $75 Cleaning Fee & 10% tax to all rates.
The Summit requires minimum age of 21 and primary renter must be present during the entire booking period. The damage deposit during Spring Break is $500 and is refunded as soon as the unit is cleaned and checked forlosses/damages. $200 Deposit during the rest of the year. No smoking inside condo. You may smoke on the balcony only. The Summit charges 15 registration fee, $35 during Spring Break. The Summit does not
allow pets. Please add 3% for PayPal payments.
