villa boasts nearly 3,500 sq ft of floorspace making it ideal for 
large parties vacating together.Its sits on a magnificent south 
facing plot overlooking conservation land.It has been furnished and 
equipped to the very highest of standards,from the moment you walk 
through the door you will have a sense of space and quality that is 
bound to impress!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our villa has 3 king size en-suite masters,2 twin rooms,family 
bathroom plus full size sofa bed and cot if required.Our private 
south facing extended pool and spa benefits from a natural rock 
fountain feature and a fibre optic lighting system.There are 2 
downstairs living areas with a large screen TV and home theatre 
system for the family room. A large modern kitchen with island area 
plus a family and formal dining area.A large and fully equipped 
games 
room that should keep everyone happy!Upstairs there is a beautiful 
loft area perfect for relaxing,watching movies or maybe a game on 
the 
PS2 provided here.There is also a fully equipped laundry room, an 
essential of family life!
We also have 8MB wireless internet connection available free of 
charge.
Gas BBQ rental available only $35 per week
 
Unlike many other rental homes we are a fully inspected and licensed 
property registered for all sales and tourist taxes..so you can 
vacate in complete peace of mind!
