Vacation Rental Description

Built in the mid 1990's this property offers an open floor plan on 
the first floor for easy living and entertaining. Downstairs has 
master, master bath with soaking tub, all-white kitchen that is open 
to the large dining room for comfortable entertaining, and a half 
bath. Living room is spacious with vaulted ceiling and two-story 
stairway leading to a loft overlooking living room. Upstairs has a 
second master, master bath with soaking tub, two bedrooms and full 
bath.  Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Decorated in warm colors to 
provide for comfortable, relaxing and soothing living. Pool and spa 
located off of living room and dining room. Cable television and internet access included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Double gated community with beautiful landscaping throughout. Large 
screen TV with home entertainment center in the family room. Sliding 
doors from dining room and living room open to large screened patio 
with heated pool and spa, and large sundeck for seating and outdoor 
grilling/dining. Located in a quiet neighborhood. PGA Resort Health 
and Spa are 5 mintues away where you can relax in the spa's mineral 
pools, play tennis, schedule a personal trainer for a workout 
routine in the gym, attend pilates, yoga or aerobic class.  
Golf club is just 5 minute drive to tee off on 
one of the 4 courses surrounding the resort. A 5th course is less 
than 10 minutes away which is one course for the Gateway Grey Goose 
Summer Tour events. Gated community provides privacy and quiet 
surroundings.  Monterey Pointe is surrounded by the recently redesigned Palmer golf 
course and this property has easy access to the course for an early 
morning walk on the back nine. Screened patio and quiet neighborhood 
provides privacy and relaxation.

Activities and Attractions

PGA National Resort and Spa will host the 3rd Honda Classic in late Feburary/March 
2009. Be a volunteer or a spectator! 
Less than 10 minutes from Abacoa, site of spring training for St. 
Louis Cardinals and Florida Marlins. 'Not a bad seat in the 
stadium.' Abacoa also offers great dining, shopping and other 
community activities. 
Enjoy the various dining experiences in Resturant Row on PGA Blvd., just minutes away.
Beaches are 10 minutes away where you can enjoy sunbathing, boating, 
surfing, sailing, deep sea fishing and other water sports.
You are only 20 minutes away from the world renown resturants and 
shoppes of Palm Beach.  Palm Beach is a 14 mile island that features 
the famous Worth Avenue, multi-million dollar mansions, and world 
class resorts (Four Seasons, Breakers Hotel).  Palm Beach is 
also the home of the Flagler Museum, the former home of one of South 
Florida's pioneers, the Nortom Art Museum and the Kravitz Center for 
the Performing Arts.  Shop at the new exciting City Center, which 
also offers a variety of dining experiences. The Gardens Mall, Downtown and Legacy Place also offer 
shopping/dining and theater experiences on PGA Blvd., 10 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low season ( May - September) $3,200 per month, no golf.  $4,200 per 
month with golf, requires a 4 month minimum rental period.
High season ( October - April ) $6,800 per month, no golf.  $8,800per month with golf.
