Is smaller apt. but perfect for any couple with or without children this 1 & 1/2 bedroom
with a king size bed in master bedroom and there is a queen solid wood frame futon in the
lanai with sliding glass doors, privacy curtains and blinds,ceiling fan this can be used as
2nd bedroom for the kids or guest, a large shower bathroom in the hallway that has 2
entries for extra privacy from your master bedroom or your hallway.
This cozy, warm and sunny Apt. with a colorful modern kitchen and
a lanai has 6 large windows that look onto your private beach and the
beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters.
Your door opens right onto the beach!.
Apt.3
Is a large roomy Studio that sits behind the main house but is still connected
it has 2 new twin beds that can be put together if needed and a small
bathroom with a shower, it is sunny and nice. The apt. has been recently renovated and
updated and is modern and well kept.

These Apt.'s come completely furnished with everything you need,
all apt.'s have been newly renovated and updated.
Brand new Trane central A/C system.
Refrigrator,stove,mircowave,coffemaker,T.V.'s in living room and
bedrooms, new beds and linens new washer and dryer.
It's well kept, well lite and safe.
One thing is that you never lose sight of the beach or
the Gulf of Mexico from anywhere in the Apt.'s.

From the beach house you have the best of both worlds privacy of a national bird
sanctuary or take a short walk to the public beach, you'll think your on your own private

Even though Florida gets very hot! in the summer not along the beach, with an on-shore
breeze everyday it is cooler than anywhere else in the State.

A deposit is required to hold apt. and dates and is also the damage deposit.
When the apt. is cleared of any damages this deposit will be returned within the week of your departure.
If cancellation within 30 days you could forfeit your deposit.
apt. guidelines are posted and required and loss of deposit is possible.
