Vacation Rental Description

This two-story home has 3000 sq. feet of living space and has 5  
bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 baths.  Four of the bedrooms have queen size  
beds. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. The master suite bathroom has a  
large tub and 2 large closets.  The family room features a gas  
fireplace and has a large screen tv with cable access.  There is a  
full service kitchen with a built-in microwave, oven and  
dishwasher.  A washer and dryer is available in the laundry room.   
The outside pool and jacuzzi can  
comfortably be used from May - October. Gas heating of pool and  
jacuzzi is available at an additional charge. There is a large  
covered patio and lots of back yard space. No smoking is allowed in  
the house.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Inside Amenities: include complete kitchen, microwave oven,  
dishwasher, washer, dryer, linens and towels, gas fireplace in  
family room, cordless phone, big screen TV in family room, TVs in  
some bedrooms, cable TV service, dinette table  
converts to a game table with billiard game or poker, 3 car garage. 
 
Outside Amenities: include large private pool, jacuzzi, covered  
patio area with patio table and seating, quiet neighborhood on easy  
to access and locate street.

Activities and Attractions

Gaming nearby with several neighborhood casinos.  Approximately 20  
minutes (11 miles) from strip and 19 miles from McCarran Airport  
(both with easy freeway access).  Casual shopping (Target) within 2  
blocks.  All the entertainment that Las Vegas has to offer is within  
easy driving distance.  Two city parks located nearby with children's  
playground equipment, tennis courts and walking trails

Vacation Rental Rates

$275 per night with minimum of 3 nights.  $1800 weekly rent. $2550  
for 2 weeks and $3500 per month. 
 
Check in is at 3 p.m. with check-out at 11:00 a.m. 50% of rental  
payment is due at the time of reservation and is payable by check,  
credit card or money order.  Balance is due 14 days before arrival.   
Security deposit of $500 required of which $350 balance is  
refundable in 7-10 days after check out if house is left in good  
condition.
