Vacation Rental Description

Upscale and exclusive.  The Solana Beach and Tennis Club is a gated- 
Bluff top condominium community of over 100 villas.  Our unit is a 2 
bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse style.  It has a lovely view to the 
east.  
All furnishings and amenities are first class.  Recently remodeled. 
The livingroom features a fireplace, 4 lounge chairs, 2 coffee 
tables, and a sofa (converts to a queen sleeper).  Dining area is a 
large butcher-block table and high backed rattan chairs.  Fully 
modern kitchen with all equipment including micro-wave, dishwasher, 
self-cleaning oven, etc.  Dishes and glasses galore.  Master bedroom 
has a king size bed. 2 chairs and a large dresser.  There is a color 
TV and VCR.  An adjoining en-suite bath has a tub, toilet and 
vanity.  Lots of closet space.  High ceilings, and ceiling fans.  
Second bedroom has 2 xtra long double beds.  High ceilings and 
ceiling fans.  Both bedrooms open to a large balcony.  There is also 
a large balcony downstairs off the living room-dining room.  Off the 
entry hall there is a small laundry and a one half bath.  It is 
cozy.  Has nice linens and lots of xtras.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary weekly during the seasons,  Fall, winter and spring are 
in the $1200-$1500 range.  Summer is $1400-$2100.  Holidays are 
$1400-$1850. Rates are for up to 4 people, there is an additional 
charge of $50 per person per week.
Contact us for exact booking details and a rate quote. We prefer to 
rent Saturday to Saturday, other times are sometimes available.  
During the summer season only Saturday to Saturday bookings are 
taken unless for extended periods. 
We regret that we are not able to accommodate bookings of less then 
7 nights.  The city of Solana Beach has an 12% occupancy tax 
Deposit for 1-3 weeks $300
Deposit for 4+ weeks $500
Cleaning fee $125
WE ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS AND VISA
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If for any reason you are not able to use your reservation, please 
let us know immediately. If we are able to re-rent the unit, we will 
happily refund your deposit and any prepaid rent and room tax minus 
a service charge of $150 or 10%. If, because of short notice or 
other reasons, we are not able to rent the time, we are sorry, but 
the amounts paid must be retained.
