Vacation Rental Description

A rare beachside home on the Oregon Coast and beautiful Nye Beach 
and it’s 15 miles of pristine sand beaches! Perfect for family 
reunions, wedding parties, anniversaries, conferences, and any other 
large group who needs to be together in one place.
Our home is over 3500 square feet and sleeps 12 in beds and 
pullouts, with additional guests possible (talk to our management 
company for details).
This beachside estate features three second floor guest rooms filled 
with antiques and decorative accessories. All of the guest rooms 
have private baths and gorgeous ocean views. An outside ocean view 
deck surrounds the north and west walls of this bed and breakfast. 
Two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with one also having a half 
bathroom.

Vacation Rental Rates

Sept 2 - May 25 ... $375/night...$2250/week 
May 26 - Sept 1  (Summer Rate). $475/night ..Weekly rental (6 nights 
7th free)  
Wednesday to Sunday of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas and New 
Years and Annual Wine Festival weekend is Summer Rate.
THERE IS A ONE TIME $175 CLEANING FEE AND A $500 REFUNDABLE SECURITY 
DEPOSIT FOR EACH STAY.
