This is the Condo you want! This COMFY-CLEAN condo is just not any
vacation rental. We also enjoy this often, so we want everything
perfect. The location of our condo is the best, "Sierra Manors" is
right off Old Mammoth Rd. Features one master-bedroom with a queen
size bed. A HUGE loft w/ three new twin beds. Brand new slate floors
and carpet. New stove and dishwasher. Don't sleep on a uncomfortable
couch sleeper like other condo's offer! We offer real beds, for pure
comfort after a long day on the slops. We want your vacation
accomadations to be perfect each time. That is why we do not have a
leasing company, you are renting direct from the owners.
(Please look at pictures, this is not a child safety condo,(see the
ladder to the loft & the stove fireplace can become VERY HOT for
little hands.Sleeps up to 5 people.

Brand new Flat 32"Flat Screen w/cable. Pool, three jacuzzis. Free
Shuttle picks you up in front of the condo off Old Mammoth Rd and
takes you up to lodge. Best location in town! Walking distance to
restaurants, Vons, Starbucks, Movie Theaters, shops. You can not ask
more for location of this condo!

Want to go up with your fridge stocked? Just let us know and we will
do all your shopping for you!
Are you planning a special get-a-away and want a surprise left in

Winter $225.00 a night two night minimum
Holidays $275.00 a night three night minimum(no deals apply on holiday weekends) three night minimum
Summer $145.00 a night two night minimum
$80.00 non refundable cleaning fee added to totaL stay.
$200.00 refundable security deposit required.
Five guests maximum. We offer discounts on stay's (three or more
nights).
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Must be 21 years or older to rent.
Deposit of 1/2 down must be paid at time of reservation to hold the
unit. The entire balance MUST be paid in full with-in thirty days of
arrival. No confirmations are confirmed until money deposit is
recieved.
Cancellations are as followed:
Refunds will gladly be made if the condo gets re-rented,if the condo
does not get re-rented no refund will be given. No refunds given for
early departures, or snow conditions.
13% Mammoth Transient Occupancy tax Fee will be added to rate.
