The 5 bedroom condominium is new, clean with modern decor, with amazing ocean and lagoon views from every room. Antonio, the property manager was very helpful from day one and he took care of all of our needs, including shuttle arrangements to/from the airport. The shops, restaurants and clubs are within one or two blocks from the condo. Plus the bus stop is just out front and easy to use. The pool and workout area was great. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodations. Thank you, We will definitely be back.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Beautiful Location! 3 Bedroom at Bay View Grand.

My family and I stayed in the 3 bedroom condo at Bay View Grand. The views were absolutely beautiful! The condo was very spacioius with 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, huge walk in closets and 3 lanais with outdoor furniture. The indoor furnishings were tastefully done and very comfortable. Bay View Grand has a wonderful pool and beach and was in a great location in the Hotel Zone. We could walk to several restaurants and malls and there was a bus stop right out front. There was plenty of parking for our rental car. The only reason that I did not give the property 5 stars is that the oven did not work, we were short on TP, paper towels and there was no hand soap, so we had to buy them ourselves. We also stayed in another condo that provided bottled water, which was a nice touch, but it wasn't too hard to go to the local Walmart and stock up on supplies. I was a little worried renting the 3 bedroom unit because the pictures on the listing are for the 5 bedroom unit. You will not be disappointed by the 3 bedroom. It was great! If you go to Cancun, take a trip to Chichen Itza and Ek Balam, and also to Isla Mujeres. There is so much to see and do! Overall, we loved the condo and Bay View Grand and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Amy and Imagine Vacations.
