Each level of our spacious, brand new, 2 family home has 3 bedrooms,
2 baths (each floor has master bed), a large living room, a fully
equipped kitchen, and a covered porch where you can enjoy your
morning coffee,or a nice meal. This is a great house if your
looking for tranquility, but it's also just a short walk to the Marina and
beautiful Steps Beach where you can enjoy the best snorkeling on the
island.  There are 2 of the best restaurant/ bars just within walking distance as well.

There are plenty of activities in and around Rincon. Steps Beach
has the best snorkeling on the island, and is only a 5 minute walk.
Rincon is known for its world class surfing, and hosted the first
World Surfing Championship.
At El Faro Lighthouse be sure to check out the Humpback Whales
between the months of Jan. thru Mar.
If you enjoy Golf, Punta Borinquen Golf Course is located in
Aquadilla, and is only a twenty minute drive.

November-May $850 a week 1 floor, $1000 for 2 floor
June-October $800 a week 1 floor, $900 for 2 floor
Rates are up to 6 people per floor an add'l $15 fee for each add'l
person will be applied
