This secluded chalet is located on the Oswegachie River built into a hillside
50 feet above Oswegatchie
River near Adirondack region of NY, wrap around front and side porch
for evening dining or daytime
sun bathing. All appliances, silverware, cookware & linens included.
All you need are your
personal items and of course your fishing gear!!!! The chalet was
built in 1997 with bamboo
floors throughout. It also has a fireplace and the bedrooms and
bathroom have skylights. Talk
about seclusion!!!! The property size is 3.75 acres and has a
gated entry. It is located 2
miles off the main road and is 15 minutes to Gouverneur, 35 minutes to
Watertown, 35 minutes to the
Canadian Border. The Oswegatchie River abounds with Walleyes, Small
Mouth Bass, Channel Catfish and
Sturgeons.

All utilities included: power, water and wood for heat stove. A grass landing to launch a canoe, no boat dock. A boat with electric outboard motor is included free of charge as well as a canoe. Skeet shooting equipment is available free of charge.
