gated entry. It is located 2
miles off the main road and is 15 minutes to Gouverneur, 35 minutes to
Watertown, 35 minutes to the
Canadian Border. The Oswegatchie River abounds with Walleyes, Small
Mouth Bass, Channel Catfish and
Sturgeons.

All utilities included: power, water and wood for heat stove.  A grass landing to launch a canoe, no boat dock.

THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THIS CHALET.
