property backs up to the Santa Rosa Mountains, and adjacent to the
famous La Quinta Resort and Spa, which is a property of the Waldorf
Astoria Collection of Hotels and Resorts.

The spacious 2-story townhome has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a
full kitchen, and a two-car garage. It has brand new furnishings,
including three plasma screen televisions, DVD player, wireless internet and free long
distance phone use.
Activities and Attractions
The Legacy Villas community has a main area containing a larger pool
complete with poolside cabanas and a play area for children. There
is also an Olympic size lap pool, a hammock garden, a fitness center,
and a restaurant/bar called The Legacy Grill.

$500 Refundable Security Deposit required in addition to the rental
fee.
$150/week cleaning fee required with cleaning service 1x/week or upon
departure.
Additional cleaning service available upon request at an additional
cost.
10% city of La Quinta tax.
