Master Bedroom: King bed and TV plus it's own bathroom and it's own deck.

Second Bedroom: Queen bed and TV.

Third Bedroom: 2 Twin beds and TV.

Fourth Bedroom: Bunkbeds - Option to sleep 2 on bottom and 1 on top.  Bottom bunk folds up into a "sofa" to use for watching TV.

Ceiling fans in all rooms except the bedroom with the bunkbeds (safety issue with the bunkbeds).

Enclosed outside shower.

Driveway parking for 2 cars.  Plus a one-car garage.

Front porch that wraps around to one side.

Also, for winter use, the house is heated and there is a gas fireplace in the living room.

Park your car in the driveway and walk or ride your bike everywhere! Steps to the large 15th Street beach and boardwalk with public rest rooms close by, rides, arcade, miniature golf, restaurants, Manco and Manco pizza, Johnson's Popcorn, Ike's Crabcakes, Bob's Grill, and Old Salt and other shops to name just a few!

Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, Boyar's Market with fresh meats, and Eckerd Drugs a few blocks away.  Super Fresh is on 8th Street, just 6 blocks away. Also within walking distance to downtown shopping.

There is always something happening in OC, even in the winter time! Do a google search for "ocean city new jersey calendar" and you will find a calendar of scheduled events for the year.

Just a short drive to Atlantic City with it's boardwalk, many casinos, shows, and night life! Also close to Cape May and the Cape May Zoo. There are many good restaurants across the 9th Street Bridge in Somers Point and across the 34th Street Bridge in Marmora.

Rates vary from $4000 to $5500 per week.  Utilities included.

Security deposit of $500 required and will be promptly returned if property is left in the same clean, undamaged condition as on arrival.   A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit for excessive cleaning after departure.

Would prefer minimum 2 week rentals.  Discount will be considered for multiple-week rentals.

Families only.  No Senior Week rentals - no exceptions!
No pets.  Non-smoking.

Summer rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
