Vacation Rental Description

Excellent beach resort, located less than one mile from Disney gates, 
three miles from Sea World and seven miles from Universal Studios. 
 
This unit sleeps six, with a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a 
queen size pullout couch in the living room and a large bunk area just 
off the master bedroom. 
 
Front desk management is on site for convenient check-in, as well as 
meeting space to accommodate your business needs. 
 
Enjoy a magnificent view from our balcony overlooking a gorgeous free 
form swimming pool and beautiful 400-acre Lake Bryan. Our unit is 
fully furnished and complete with all appliances right down to the 
place ware settings! 
 
Tile flooring throughout, granite countertops, ten-feet ceilings, 
entertainment package (both in the living room and master bedroom), 
washer and dryer, jetted tub in the master bath and much more. 
 
Outdoors, enjoy full access to the lake, where you can jet ski or just 
relax by the pool and enjoy a drink at the tiki hut. There is a 
fitness center and video game room just off of the pool area as well 
as Hawaiian Rumble miniature golf course is right next door. 
 
Sixteen golf courses are within a short distance. Dining and shopping, 
including a huge outlet mall are just minutes away. At night, enjoy a 
front balcony view of the Disney fireworks display or sit back on your 
balcony and view the gorgeous lake and pool.
