beach. Luxuriously furnished with perennial garden.
Sunroom, large living room, large dining room, updated kitchen with
microwave, washer and dryer. Queen bed, two single beds,
double sofa sleeper and queen sleeper. Large shaded yard with
outdoor grill. Sleeps up to eight. Minutes to shopping and
restaurants, bridge to Canada and casinos. Water sports, golf,
tennis, putt-putt golf, shopping mall, quaint town of Lexington are
all within a few minutes drive.

All bedding included, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, TV
with Cable and DVD player, ceiling fans, air conditioner and central
heat.

Outdoor grill and fireplace pit, board games and beach chairs
included.

Plenty of parking. No RV's.

Weekend Rental $250 Two night minimum off season only will rent during summer, if not rented 10 days
out
Summer Weekend Rental $400 Two night Minimum - 3 nights $475
Summer: $800 Weekly Memorial Day weekend - Oct. 1
Winter: $500 weekly after Oct 1

In by 4:00 pm Sat. Out by 10:00 am Sat.
$900 Weekly for holiday weeks and major sailboat races
1/2 down to hold reservation, balance 30 days prior to arrival
All summer months rental balance due by June 1.
$75 Cleaning fee weekly
$250 Security deposit required and refunded by 30 days after departure this applies to ALL rentals

For Emergency Reasons, owner reserves right to cancel at anytime with
full refund given
