Lovely 2 bedrooms, 2 baths single story unit, newly remodeled.  Easy to keep light colored 
Mexican tile,  except in carpeted bedrooms.  
All electric kitchen; micro wave, ceramic top stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, 
toaster oven, coffee maker, mixer, can opener,  blender & kettle. Everything you need in 
your vacation home away from home, dishes, glasses mugs, pots & pans, silverware, and 
utensils, etc. 
Your living room has a sofa, 2 arm chairs, large hassock, 4 stacking tables, 2 reading 
lamps & end tables.  A large Armoires w/ TV DVD & Stereo.
To dine, there is a table with insert & 6 chairs. Wall to wall mirror with cabinets below.  
Your Master Bedroom, has a Queen size canopy bed, a  chair, a bamboo mans desk and 
matching chair, several lamps,  and a dresser. 
The 2nd bedroom has a sleeper sofa, chest, table lamp, comfortable wicker chair and a 
wicker ladies desk and chair. 
The laundry room has a washer/dryer, Iron and ironing board, very good lighting, plenty 
of shelves and laundry baskets for your convenience.
An enclosed patio has two large live oaks trees.  It's shaded, quiet, with comfortable chairs 
and table.
Ample supplies of linens and towels.
Full air conditioning and three fans for your comfort.

Sandy beaches, Florida's best fishing, quaint shops, fine restaurants, golf, great shopping.  
Indian River Mall -1 mile.  A large Outlet Center- 2 miles 
L.A. Dodger Spring Training-minutes away.   Tickets for games available.
