Vacation Rental Description

Come join us for a taste of Paradise at Florida's Treasure Coast. 
After 2004 Hurricane season, this one bedroom top floor unit
overlooking the 
Atlantic was completely renovated in 2006. Watch magnificent sunrises
from your bedroom window.  Coffee in the morning on your balcony to
cocktails in the evening listening to the sound of the oceans waves
coming in to bid you good-night. We overlook the first green and have
a fantastic ocean view. As you come in, an immaculate well-equipped
brand new kitchen will greet you. New appliances and kitchen cabinets
and all the necessary kitchen utensils, pots/pans and dishes to create
your favorite recipe. Because of the open space between the kitchen
and the living area, you can be entertaining friends while you are in
the kitchen making your newest creation.

We have new carpeting throughout the unit and we have captured the
tropical surroundings from outside and made it part of our condo’s
theme, with beautiful beach scenes paintings through out the unit. In
our living room you will find a very comfortable queen size sofa, a
matching chair and an entertainment center complete with a 27” color
TV/VCR/DVD for a viewing a favorite movie. 

Out through the sliders, you have the balcony where I am sure you will
agree it will be your favorite spot, especially at night for listening
to those relaxing sounds of the waves. There we have a table with
chairs so you can have your meals or just relax with a cup of coffee
taking in the beauty of all around you. Is a fun place to watch your
favorite golfer on the first green.

The Bedroom features a king size bedroom set with a plush pillow top
mattress, to surely guarantee you a good night sleep. We have provided
you with a 2nd TV/VCR for a cozy late night movie in bed. Here, as
well as in the living room there is a ceiling fan for your added 
comfort.

Brand new washer/dryer, iron and ironing board will ensure that you
will always look your best. There is plenty of linen in our closets,
complete with beach towels and beach chairs for a day at the beach,
just across the golf course. So hurry call us to reserved your spot in
paradise, it does not get much better than this!


 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Ocean Village has a nine hole golf course with beautiful garden 
settings and lagoons all about. Putting greens, minature golf 
course.  There is a bocci court, 12 tennis courts with a pro shop 
right on the premises, basketball/racquetball. There are 3 pools, 
one main pool with Tiki Bar/snack bar, child pool and hot tub.
First rate restaurant on site.  Also, Ocean Village has a complete
excercise room complete with his/hers saunas....and of course the
beautiful ocean - 3,000 ft. of clean white sand to enjoy.   

Activities and Attractions

There are so many things to do tennis, swimming, golf at Ocean Village
We are just 90 minutes from Disney. Ocean Village is
centrally located between Vero and Jenson Beaches.  There are many
activities, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, shopping on the 
Treasure Coast, guided tours, the manatee center and tours and so 
much more. Don't forget fabulous dining.  Restaurants to feed every
need. 

Fishing:  Deep sea fishing and party boats available from Ft. Pierce 
marina; surf fishing only yards away available for Blue Fish, 
Pompano, Snook, Whiting, and many other species. South Jetty and 
Indian River offer excellent fishing. Bass fishing at Lake 
Okeechobee rated one of the best Bass Lakes in USA, only 40 minutes 
away.

Baseball:  Ocean Village is within a half hour drive of the LA 
Dodgers (Vero Beach) and NY Mets (St. Lucie West) Spring Training 
Camps. At the conclusion of spring training in early April, the 
minor league (Vero Beach Dodgers & St. Lucie Mets) plays a full 
season of Class A Florida League baseball at these same sites from 
April to September. Most of these minor league games are played at 
night and are very inexpensive.

great place to see live manatees (best viewing in winter) It's free!

*Fort Pierce Jai Alai - located on King's Highway about a mile north 
of the FL Turnpike exit at Fort Pierce (Seasonal). Off-Track Betting 
is also featured here.
*Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute - 10 minutes north on Route 
US1. 
*Gilbert Bar House of Refuge-Life Saving Station - 30 minutes south
UDT Navy Seal Museum - 10 minutes north on N. Hutchinson Island 
*Heathcoat Botanical Gardens - 20 minutes
*Lion Country Safari - 30 minutes
*Land of Butterflies - 20 minutes
*Biking available in complex and along RT AIA
*Bathtub Beach/Reef - 25 minutes south - great snorkeling and 
swimming for smaller children. 
*Elliott Museum - 20 minutes south on Route A1A 
*Disney World/Universal Studios - approximately 2 hours away 
*Kennedy Space Center - approximately 1 hour 45 minutes north 
*Horseback Riding on the Beach - offered at the Frederick Douglass 
Memorial Park about 3-4 miles south of Ocean Village on the 1st, 2nd

Golf: If Ocean Village's 9-hole golf course is not enough for you
there are 17 championship golf facilities consisting of 21 separate
courses (mostly Fazio and Nicklaus designed) all within a 40 minute
drive. Prices range from $15 to $35 for 18 holes with a cart during
the off-season. In-season prices are about double. All of these
courses are open to the public.

Seasonal Rates - $850 weekly based on 7 night stay
one week minimum

Off Season Rates - $650 weekly based on 7 night stay
one week minimum

Clean Fee - $75.00 to be left in unit upon departure


Non-Smoking Unit - no exceptions - Security deposit will be used
for cleaning purposes if this is violated
