restaurants. Just 30 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, minutes 
from several championship golf courses, Mayo Clinc, Saguaro Lake, 
Fort Mc Dowell Casino and hiking in the mountains. 

Tastefully decorated in 2005, this immaculate newer, first floor one 
bedroom unit has great views of the mountains and desert landscape.  
It's within steps of the beautiful pool, well equipped fitness 
center, and outdoor gas grills.

Everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay in Fountain Hills is 
provided for you! The spacious living room has a queen size leather 
sofa sleeper, large TV with cable and DVD Player,sliding glass doors 
to access the patio. The large bedroom with a king size bed,has two 
closets,TV and DVD player. It also has an uninterrupted view of the 
mountains from the windows and sliding glass doors.  There is a 
dining table and a kitchen that is open to the living room. Newly 
painted and built just a couple of years ago.

 The adjacent property is beautiful! You will love your stay 
here!

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season =  June 1- Sep 30       ...  $ 900.00 month
Mid Season =  Oct,Nov, Dec, May    ...  $1200.00-$1400.00 month
High Season=  Dec.15 -April 15     ...  $1800.00 month
              April 1-30           ...  $1500.00 month
Special rates for extended stays of three to six months
Weekly rates available upon request

Check in time is 3:00pm Check out time is 11:00am
Cleaning fee: $75.00
Local phone, basic cable and utilities paid by owner. 

Deposit: $400. Refundable security deposit and 50% total rental 
amount is required at time of reservation. Rental balance due one 
month prior to your arrival date.
If you need to cancel for any reason after confirming your 
reservation, your deposit is non refundable, unless the unit is re-
rented and a $75.00 adminstration fee will be deducted.
