and totally enclosed backyard.  Your home is only a short bike ride  
away or walk to quaint downtown Venice, and it is just a ½ block from  
the beach.  Small pets may be allowed. 
 
In the evening, stroll through our private, deeded access to watch  
the sun set on the Florida Gulf.  During the day your Florida Gulf  
Home is steps away from beach walking, surf casting, or a 5 minute  
stroll up the gulf coast beach to Sharkey’s Restaurant and the Venice

access to the garage, and the house is actually served by two water  
heaters.  With its additional queen size sleeper in the living room,

• Appointments must be made to view the home. Please do not disturb

• Rates are per month and all rentals less than 6 months are subject  
to 10% tax. 
• 25% of total rent is required to reserve the home. The balance of  
rent, tax, damage/utility deposit is due 60 days in advance of  
arrival. 
• Cleaning fee of $125.00 
• Utility Deposit required for off-season months. 
• This home is Non Smoking, Small Pets may be allowed with Pet  
Deposit.
