Located between Gun Lake and Hastings this 17 year old home 
has 2400 sq. ft., with 300 feet of frontage on Head Lake, a sandy,
all-sports lake in Barry County. It is only 45 min. from downtown
Grand Rapids/ Kalamazoo and 10 min. from Hastings.

This house is cozy for one family but can easily handle a
large group. It sleeps 16 very comfortably with room for more. The
house is beautifully decorated, with a finished walk-out basement,
and has French doors to the lake on 3 levels, decks on 2 of them,
and a front porch with popiezon chairs.

The lakefront offers you privacy for sunbathing with a sandy
beach for kids to play on. The lake gets deep gradually. We enjoy a
southern exposure allowing you the opportunity to sunbathe on the
dock, the beach, or the deck. With large shade trees for when
you've had enough of the sun.

Come and enjoy the quiet and serenity this place has to
offer. It's so quiet it will make you feel like you have your own
private lake; and with 300' of frontage, no roads anywhere in sight,
a long driveway, and, more parking space then you'll need, this
place is truly unique among lakefront properties. Much of the
lakeshore is still natural; lined with trees and not houses. Wake
up to sunrises and deer and go to sleep listening to the frogs and
crickets.

Experience all the comforts of a home away from home from
the moment you arrive and drive right into the attached 2-stall
garage to unload. Relax in the lounge chairs on the 40' deck with a
tall iced tea. As you soak up the view, you'll take those first

*Linen Service - For those of you who would enjoy not having to pack (or bring the dirty sheets and towels home again) we offer a linen service for an additional charge of $200 a week.   This includes all kitchen towels and washcloths, bathroom bath towels, hand towels and washcloths, and sheets for all 9 beds(which sleep 13 altogether).  We also provide beach towels.

Off season weeks and weekends require a $500.00  Security/Cleaning Deposit 

Non-refundable 50% advance rent payment is required. Remaining 50%

There is an additional $50.00 Charge per person over 16 people.
