We highly recommend this condo! The condo is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. It appeared that the condo had been recently renovated with beautiful tile floors, new cabinets and granite countertops, and it was perfectly clean. Despite what the former reviewer said, we did NOT see a single bug. The kitchen is the largest we've ever seen in a beach condo, and the ocean view from the kitchen, living room and balcony is absolutely stunning. It was so nice to wake up every morning and enjoy a cup of coffee on the huge balcony, which is so close to the beach, we could actually hear the waves. We also loved that we were within walking/biking distance of so many great restaurants and bars on Indian Rocks Beach. (Our best dinner was at Villa Gallace, an incredible Italian Restaurant right across the street from this condo. If you go, be sure to sit on the back patio so you can see the water.) We can't thank you enough, David. We had a wonderful, relaxing week in your beautiful condo.

Nice Condo, too bad about the cockroaches

Our family of 4 (including a 3 year old and 7 month old) rented this condo May 21 to May 28.

Pros: Great location, nice facilities at the complex, good fixtures and layout in the unit.

Cons: On our 3rd day we found a huge cockroach in the kitchen. Despite notification to the owner and management company, the apartment was not treated by an exterminator for 2 days. In the meantime we found 2 more cockroaches. Our vacation was ruined by this and the owner has ignored requests for compensation.

We would never rent this unit again.

I had stayed at this place during mid-September and will do so again next year. It was my second trip back to Indian Rocks Beach, and my first stay here. The owner and management company provided top notch service and provided prompt responses to all of my questions.

Note that originally the owner did not offer payment by credit card. I suggested that this option should be considered for future customers. This is my first time back to this site since my stay, and noticed that credit card payment is now offered. This is an example of how accommodating the owner is and does listen to the customer.

The property is pristine, safe and most of all has the perfect location. Forget the hotels...stay here....and no I am not getting paid for my endorsement...S

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
