that offers two
bedrooms, living room and full kitchen all with a
Mexican/Southwestern flair.
NO SMOKING permitted inside Casita

Located North of San Felipe in the beautiful gated community of Playa
de Oro. Enjoy amazing Sunrises over the Sea of Cortez right from the
Entry Balcony and captivating sunsets on the mountain vistas. Explore,
play and sunbathe on the private white sand beach.

-Fully equipped Kitchen with Purified Water and all new appliances
(fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes)
-Kitchen and bathroom feature hand-painted Talavera tile
-Living room with Satellite TV and Stereo/CD Player (bring your own
movies or rent some here locally)

sand duning, shell beaches, sailing, kayaking, and banana Boat rides for
young and adventurous. 
-Natural local features: Valley of the Giants home of the giant cardon
cactus, fossils, petrified forest and petroglyphs
-Natural Hot Springs a short distance in Puertocitos
-Annual events: shrimp festival, Tequila Festival, Pallea Festival,

Vacation Rental Rates

$125.00 per night /$700.00 per week (7 Days) up to 4 persons
$150.00 per night / $910.00 per week (7 days) 5-6 persons 
Monthly rate or long-term lease may be negotiated.
2 night minimum stay required. Check in as early as 4:00PM. Check out:
noon

RESERVATIONS: Advance deposit (1 night's rental deposit for weekends,
1/3 deposit for weekly rentals) is required to confirm a reservation. 
Deposits are required via credit card (Discover, MasterCard or 
Visa). Reservation is not confirmed until Payment has been cleared.

We use PayPal for secure online payments. 
The balance of the rental amount is due one week prior to date of 
arrival (credit card). 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: We realize that unforeseen events can cause a
change in plans. Deposit refunds are based on the following policy:

30 day notice = 100% refund. 14 days notice = 75% 
refund. Less than 14 days notice = 50% refund. Less than 7 days 
notice = no refund.

Credit card accepted through Paypal for rental fees.
