* Special, for immediate occupancy, if vacant, is $1,200 monthly
* 3 month minimum preferred over 2008/2009 Winter Season.  Seasonal rates $2,000-$3000 per mos
      apply in Winter (December-April).
* Special rate, if vacant, is $1,200 for monthly off season.  Electric & phone billed additionally
  at this rate.  Association application fee paid by tenant.

Fees   Tax Rate:  12.0% total sales and tourist taxes for lodging 6 months or less.  
       Cleaning Fee:  $100.00
